EU CUSTOM FEES

🇪🇺 There are new custom rules for EU customers 🇪🇺

After July 1st - all orders from the EU will be subject to custom fees. This is how they are calculated:

You will be charged €3 per HS code/ item type you order. 

For example, if you bought:

3x skirts you would only be charged €3 once, because they have the same HS code.

But, if you bought:

1x skirt, 1x top, 1x trousers  > you would be charged €9, because you have bought 3x types of items. 

This will be the new system, replacing the deminimis which allowed customers to purchase items without custom fees if they were worth under €150.

EU customers will still also be required to pay their local rate of VAT upon delivery, on ALL purchases, no matter the value. 

Neither of these fees can be reimbursed by us, however you have the right to refuse the parcel based on the charges. If you do so, we will issue a refund of the item cost ONLY, once/ if the parcel arrives back with us. We would encourage you to get in touch BEFORE placing an order if you have any questions.
