There are new customs rules for EU customers from 1 July 2026 šŖšŗ
The new customs rules also apply to customers in Germany, Denmark, and Luxembourg. However, we will be handling these charges differently.
For customers in these countries, we are required to pay the customs charges and fees on your behalf, rather than these being requested when your parcel arrives.
To cover these costs, our product prices have been adjusted to include these charges.
This means the price you see on our website already includes the customs charges required for delivery to Germany, Denmark, and Luxembourg.
